Role Summary
As a Junior Accountant at Edenred, you will process and record customer receipts in the company's information systems, perform treasury operations, and manage the archiving of accounting documents.
Impact of the Role
This role plays a key part in Edenred's growth strategy by:
* Ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions that support effective cash flow and financial stability.
* Maintaining reliable financial records and documentation, which enhance transparency and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
* Process customer receipts
* Records and allocates the receipts in the company's information systems;
* Perform treasury operations
* Check the transactions automatically generated from the company's information system.
* Responsible for the archiving of the processed financial accounting documents and other documents in its area of activity.
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

Knowledge and Skills:
* You are graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting/finance according to the Romanian legislation
* Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar position
* Strong attention to detail
* Planning & organizing skills,
* Analytical and result oriented skills,
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package,
* English/French skills
* Team player, proactivity, empathy, eagerness to learn

HOW WE'LL GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER
It's important for us to provide a collaborative environment where we set the vibes for a successful collaboration. After the first screening interview where we both see if we are a match, we will have our first official interview via video-call led by our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist. If that's a success on both sides then we'll schedule a series of interactions with The Chief Accountant, Team Leader AR, Finance & Accounting Director and General Manager Edenred Romania & Benefit. If all is good at this point, we'll do a quick reference check from two sources you provide and then, you will be presented with the offer and be welcomed to the team.
