Quality Process Team Leader

Your Mission
Responsible for the internal audit activity, including the development of the annual internal audit plan, ensuring the execution of internal audits in accordance with the plan, and monitoring the implementation of actions defined in the action plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensures the execution of internal nonconformity analyses and provides support in this regard
* Continuously improves the scrap analysis methodology
* Improves the internal communication flow of information related to process quality
* Follows up on the implementation of actions resulting from internal analyses
* Escalates issues with potential customer impact as well as actions whose deadlines are overdue
* Improves the inspection process (efficient individual follow-up, testing and validation of inspectors/controllers, etc.)
* Ensures updates of red part boards and limit samples from production are carried out
* Ensures quality statistics are prepared at the defined frequency
* Ensures updating of documentation within the scope of activity
* Moderates quality meetings on internal quality issues
* Defines and implements procedures to improve activities within the scope of responsibility
* Performs workplace observation audits
* Ensures the availability of measurement and control equipment in good working condition
* Ensures the active involvement of process engineers in IPA and daily monitoring of new production lines
* Ensures the availability of line documentation related to quality for both new production lines and those already in series production
* Monitors the indicators of the UET under their responsibility
* Analyzes indicators when targets are not achieved
* Defines and implements the necessary actions to achieve targets
* Proposes continuous improvement ideas
* Prepares daily / weekly / monthly reports
* Coordinates the production quality team: daily presence, approval of vacation requests, etc.
* Mediates potential conflicts within the team
* Trains subordinate quality engineers
* Evaluates subordinate personnel
What You'll Bring
- Completed higher education (preferably in technical fields)
- Advanced level of English
- Relevant experience in the automotive sector - in a coordination role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solution-oriented mindset
- Team coordination and mediation skills
- Proactive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit
