We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank's technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.

The Access Lifecycle Solutions team, a critical component of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) function, is responsible for delivering centralized IAM solutions. These solutions provide standardized and compliant role and permission assignments for application users, encompassing both automated and manual processes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day service operations for our central Identity & Access Management system. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IAM infrastructure, directly contributing to the bank's operational resilience and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
* Vendor Management: Oversee and manage the third-party vendor responsible for Run-the-Bank (RTB) operations, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational excellence. This includes periodic reviews, monitoring, and escalations to maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Incident and Issue Resolution: Drive the timely resolution of incidents and issues pertaining to Identity & Access Management products, particularly those hosted on the Google Cloud Platform, minimizing disruption to business operations.
* Risk Management: Proactively identify and escalate operational, regulatory, and other pertinent risks to management, contributing to a robust risk management framework.
* Project Management: Lead and manage smaller-scale projects focused on enhancing IAM services and infrastructure.
* Audit Support: Provide comprehensive support for internal and external audit requests, including solution presentations and the provision of required evidence.
* Data Quality & Monitoring: Implement and control data quality initiatives and establish effective monitoring mechanisms to ensure the integrity and performance of IAM systems.
* IT Service Management: Execute IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, and Change Management, in alignment with ITIL best practices.
* Continuous Improvement: Analyze tickets and processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in IAM implementations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
* Security & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all bank security regulations and control processes, safeguarding sensitive identity and access data.
* Operational Execution: Independently manage and resolve incidents and service requests, contributing to seamless day-to-day operations.
* Business as Usual (BAU) Activities: Perform daily BAU activities, including system monitoring and the effective handling of business escalations.
* Application Support: Provide comprehensive support across multiple applications within the Access Lifecycle Solutions portfolio.
* System Stability: Ensure the stability and resilience of IAM systems through meticulous planning and execution of patching, upgrades, Disaster Recovery (DR) activities, non-compliant requirement remediation (CSO), Workbench activities, and vulnerability management.
* Defect Management: Drive defect management processes to ensure timely identification and resolution of system defects.
* Vendor Compliance: Enforce vendor adherence to the bank's stringent security and regulatory compliance policies.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication channels with Application Management, Engineering, Operations, and business teams, fostering collaborative relationships.

Skills
* Educational Background: A completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
* Operational Expertise: Proven experience in service operations of large-scale and complex IT systems within a demanding enterprise environment.
* IAM Domain Knowledge: Mandatory in-depth knowledge and practical experience with access lifecycle systems, specifically focusing on request and approval workflows, provisioning, recertification, and admissions/exits processes.
* ITIL Foundation: Solid understanding and practical application of ITIL processes.
* Cloud Platform Experience: Familiarity and experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
* Vendor Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in effectively managing third-party vendor teams, including performance monitoring and relationship management.
* Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
