Oliver Wyman Office of the CIO (OCIO) is seeking a Manager, Change & Adoption to drive structured change management and enterprise adoption across our technology organization. This role will lead end-to-end change strategy and execution in support of the organization's evolving operating model.

Operating in a complex, matrixed environment, the Manager will partner closely with engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams to accelerate adoption, drive behavior change, and ensure initiatives translate into measurable outcomes.

This role will also elevate executive communications and storytelling standards across the OCIO, ensuring strategic priorities are clearly understood and effectively reinforced at every level of the organization.

We will count on you to:
* Design and implement end-to-end change management strategies across the technology organization
* Translate high-level strategic direction into structured execution plans with clear milestones, workstream ownership, and accountability mechanisms
* Establish repeatable change frameworks, playbooks, and standards that can scale across the organization and outlast any single initiative
* Develop adoption metrics, behavioral change indicators, and readiness assessments to track transformation impact with rigor
* Develop executive-ready narratives, presentations, for CIO, COO, C-suite leaders, and Chiefs of Staff
* Prepare materials for town halls, leadership forums, and milestone communications - ensuring consistency and clarity of message

What you need to have:
* 5+ years of progressive change management experience, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale transformation initiatives from strategy through adoption
* Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority in complex, matrixed organizations
* Strong track record of building and operationalizing change frameworks, not just executing within existing ones
* Strong executive communication and facilitation skills - able to structure ambiguous problems and drive decisions
* Experience operating within agile and product-based environments, with strong understanding of engineering, product, operations, and leadership dynamics
* Expertise in executive storytelling, deck building, and strategic message framing
* Demonstrated ability to build and lead small teams and translate strategic initiatives into detailed, actionable execution plans
* Strong facilitation skills focused on driving behavior change and leadership alignment
* Experience operating effectively in complex, matrixed organizations

What makes you stand out?
* Formal change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)
* Experience with AI adoption or digital transformation at the enterprise level; relevant AI coursework or certification is a plus
* Consulting or professional services experience, particularly in a technology or transformation context
* AI certification or coursework related to AI adoption, digital transformation, or emerging technologies
* Experience in organizational design or operating model transformation
* Track record of embedding change discipline into enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
