Being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest.

How you'll make an impact:
* Managing and resolving employee queries in line with HR policies and procedures;
* Offering support on compensation, benefits, leave, and other HR-related topics;
* Processing HR transactions and maintaining accurate employee data in internal systems;
* Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance for all processed documents;
* Prioritizing tasks and delivering a high level of service within agreed timelines;
* Building strong client relationships and escalating risks when needed.

Skills that make your work successful:
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2-C1);
* Strong customer orientation and client handling skills;
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion;
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Experience with HR systems (SAP, Workday) and/or previous experience in a similar support role is a plus;
* Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities;
* Bachelor's degree needed, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
