(COMPANY NAME) is looking for a Logistics Specialist in Russia to develop collaborative relationships with carriers, coordinate transportation of goods to customers, and ensure accurate data provision to Finance. You will support EDI connections, manage shipping documents, and facilitate logistics aspects of projects, fostering traceability and efficient shipment processes.

What you will do:
* Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with carriers and collaborative relationships with internal departments
* Control and coordinate transportation goods to customers (shipment out) and provide accurate data to Finance (Sales recognition)
* Issue shipping documents in the local ERP (1C)
* Support with EDI connection with customers
* Collect documents related to sales recognition and accurately track them in the system and local registers
* Support and coordinate logistics aspects of locally or globally defined projects (including labeling)
* Tracing of inventory by part and serial numbers, etc., in the local ERP for further delivery to dealers and control traceability for corporate needs and requirements (Service, Marketing, and RAQA)
* Support shipment processes when necessary: organization of shipment, importation, and coordination with broker/transportation for DEMO, Refurbished, Registration samples for (COMPANY NAME) LLC
* Consolidated open order preparation for forecasting purposes
* Coordination of collecting requested documents by auditors and other third parties
* Work with customer claims
* Participate in the physical inventory counting

What You Need:
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience with a Diploma/Degree or equivalent in the related field
* Experience with ERP is desirable
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
* Proficient in written and spoken English at least at an Intermediate/ Upper Intermediate level
* Responsibility, perseverance, attention to details
* Experience working with large databases
* Excellent communication skills, handling objections
* Strong customer satisfaction focused
