Accounts Receivable Accounting Coordinator / Specialist

Core Responsibilities:
* Month end close, blackline
* Compliance control
* Order and contract maintenance (changes to prices, users, data period etc.)
* Billing
* Revenue recognition
* Process accruals and other templates such as revenue/product/client transfers
* Upload information to Blackline
* Preparation of required docs for month end close for local finance teams
* Attendance of internal training sessions
* Organization of monthly calls with local office
* Maintain country specific documentation needed for processing and keep them updated
* Preparation of samples for SOX audits

Required skills/Characteristics:
* Commercial studies/school or commercial apprenticeship
* 1-year experience in finance, administrative, or customer support
* Tool knowledge - SAP, PeopleSoft Finance, Oracle - nice to have
* Fluent in English (oral and written) is a MUST
* Fluent knowledge of German OR French OR Italian OR Spanish is an asset
* Good team player

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is EUR18,900.00 - EUR28,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits
