At Siemens Healthineers, we pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare. For our Development Center in Bratislava, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our Diagnostics - Point of Care Testing business unit.
In this role, you will support two cross-functional Scrum teams developing and maintaining critical software solutions used in medical diagnostics. Your work will directly contribute to reliable, high-quality healthcare technology used worldwide.
We are looking for a colleague to cover a maternity leave, with the possibility of continuing in the position based on proven performance.

Your Responsibilities
* Act as Scrum Master for two Scrum teams:
* Team 1: Development of a modern web application (C#, Angular)
* Team 2: Maintenance and enhancement of a legacy Windows-based application (C++)
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
* Guide teams in Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
* Support teams in removing impediments and improving delivery flow
* Ensure effective backlog management and transparency using Azure DevOps
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders
* Promote self-organization, accountability, and cross-team collaboration
* Support the adoption and continuous improvement of software development processes

Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
* Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Experience with or solid overview of Agile methodologies and frameworks
* Practical experience with Azure DevOps (boards, backlogs, sprint tracking)
* Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
* Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have
* Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
* Experience in regulated environments (medical, healthcare, diagnostics)
* Experience working in an international, distributed environment
* Experience, or an overview on:
* Web technologies (C#, Angular) - awareness level is sufficient
* Legacy systems or Windows-based applications - advantage

*We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions.
Our goal is to pay our employee's fairly, with regard to the market situation and we are ready to welcome high-quality candidates in our team.
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2600EUR brutto /month + VAR*
