YOUR MISSION:
* Independently coordinate internal or external visits within Accenture premises.
* Manage and complete a full range of Workplace services (corporate card program, corporate housing, stamps, business cards, company archive, etc.).
* Maintain and oversee the Places reservation system to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Coordinate operational tasks in the reception area, collaborate closely with the reception team, schedule shifts, and serve as a backup when needed.
* Act as a primary point of contact for external providers, managing contract relationships.
* Handle and follow up on customer requests until completion, ensuring efficient service.
* Independently coordinate internal or external visits and events within Accenture premises, including end-to-end event support (planning, preparation, logistics, on-site operations, catering coordination, and post-event wrap-up).
* Receive, review, and process invoices related to assigned responsibilities.
* Resolve most billing issues with vendors, escalating as necessary.
* Provide monthly reports using appropriate tools.
* Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
* Assist in program or project-related activities as needed.
* Perform administrative duties in accordance with location guidelines.
* Consult with supervisors on issues, discrepancies, or complex situations.
* Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and operate technical equipment.
* Maintain flexibility to work outside standard hours (8:00-17:00), based on center and customer needs.
WHO YOU ARE:
* Secondary Grammar School or University Degree.
* 2 years of experience in Office Services.
* Fluent Slovak (C2) and advanced English (B2+) language skills.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Previous experience in using a computer, knowledge of Word and Excel applications.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Self-starter and ability to work independently.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Positive attitude and professional appearance.
* Able to come to the office in Bratislava (home-office possible after agreement with supervisor)
