The position:

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the financial statements according to PepsiCo Financial Policies, Local statutory rules and PGCS model.
Responsibilities

* Ensure the accounting, analysis and reporting, in compliance with US and local GAAP accounting principles, Swissco model and PGCS model. Preparation of the PepsiCo Corporate reporting in HFM, and other reporting requirements from Region/Sector reporting team.
* Frequent contact with Sector Reporting team to provide monthly information, align new requirements and validate changes in reporting.
* Perform monthly net sales calculation in coordination with sales finance and accounts receivable teams
* Ensure correct alignment and interfases of different systems in sales area
* Perform analysis of different PL against YAGO or Forecast and explaining the main drivers for the differences
PL and BS lines and reconciliation of US GAPP vs SP GAAP.
* Balance Sheet Review: drive reviews, reconciliation process, analysis, identifying risks and opportunities on BS.
* Operating Cash Flow analysis, cause of change, elaborating AOP and P9F and follow up of monthly outlook.
* Support Auditors and Audit reviews: provide full transactions clarification and documentation as required.
* Elaboration of local statutory accounts and CBCR requirements.
* Manage Key Controls related to Financial Reporting and inventory to cogs processes and ensure completeness of the controls.
* Guarantee accuracy and transparency in all accounting information.
* Perform reporting on time and with high quality
* Support compliance with Spain and Vitoria legal and tax requirements
* Ensure adherence to PepsiCo's policies & guidelines and to Financial Reporting and accounting polices and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with GCS framework and properly execute the Key Controls assigned to the reporting area
Qualifications

* 1-2 years in Control / Audit / Financial department

* Qualified with Business Administration, Economics or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

* Fluent English Level

* Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital tools with proven solid level in Excel.

* Organizational capacity, planning and time management: "Focus and get things done fast"

* Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

* Analytical skills and able to focus on the details and accuracy of the reporting data.
* Ability to make decisions within short timeframes and under pressure.
