Replenishment Planner
About the Role
As part of our Supply Chain team, the Replenishment Planner supports the daily replenishment of our Internal Distribution Centers (IDCs), helping ensure product availability across the network while respecting lead times, demand requirements, and operational constraints.
This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave, offering an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional to further develop their skills in replenishment planning, logistics coordination, and continuous improvement within a global and collaborative organization.
What You Will Do
* Daily Replenishment Execution: Support the daily replenishment of finished goods and bought-in goods to IDCs using SAP and Transport Load Builder (TLB), following defined planning parameters and processes.
* System Proposal Management: Review and execute system-generated replenishment proposals to ensure efficient stock distribution across the supply chain.
* Demand & Service Support: Use the Information-to-Market (ITM) list and collaborate with planning and distribution teams to support customer order fulfilment and service level targets.
* Operational Coordination: Support co-packing activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners when required.
* Data Accuracy: Maintain and support master data updates to ensure planning systems run accurately and efficiently.
* KPI Monitoring: Support the tracking of replenishment KPIs such as service level, order completeness, and TLB coverage, escalating issues when needed.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to Planning Excellence (PLEx) ways of working by identifying gaps, supporting root cause analysis, and participating in improvement initiatives.
Who You Are
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Around 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Production Planning, gained through a first professional role or graduate position.
* Good knowledge of Excel and planning tools; experience with SAP or similar ERP/planning systems is highly desirable.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize, collaborate effectively, and work in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
