Job Description:

Your Role Within Our Kingdom

As a Game Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing our live game experiences to players. Working across our portfolio of live games, you will be responsible for configuring, coordinating, and supporting the execution of live operations activities, ensuring events, offers, and CRM changes are delivered accurately and on time.

You will work closely with Product, Optimization, Tech, QA, and other stakeholders to translate operational plans into reality. With a strong attention to detail and a passion for structured execution, you will help ensure our live games run smoothly while continuously improving the tools, processes, and automations that support them.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational excellence and problem-solving, and who is excited about leveraging new technologies, automation, and emerging AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and scale.

Key Responsibilities

* Configure, validate and maintain live operations content across multiple games, including events, offers, promotions, and other player-facing activities.
* Partner with the Operations Lead, Product, Optimization, Tech, and QA to translate operational plans into accurate and timely execution.
* Coordinate with QA to ensure live operations content is correctly configured, available in the right environments, tested, and ready before release.
* Maintain clear documentation of operational setups, processes, dependencies, and configuration standards.
* Monitor operational readiness and proactively identify risks, inconsistencies, or blockers that could impact delivery.
* Support the management and execution of the live operations calendar, ensuring activities are delivered according to plan.
* Support incoming production items by helping clarify execution needs, dependencies, timelines, and operational impact.
* Collaborate with Tech and other teams to identify opportunities for automation, tooling improvements, and process optimization.
* Contribute to the evolution of operational best practices, helping improve scalability, consistency, and efficiency across the organization.
* Support knowledge sharing around tools, configurations, and workflows so recurring operational work becomes more consistent and scalable.
* Depending on experience, take ownership of specific execution areas, workflows, games, tools, or operational processes.

* Experience in an operational, production, live operations, or project coordination role within games, technology, or digital products.
* Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders and disciplines.
* Comfortable working with structured data, configuration tools, content management systems, or similar operational platforms.
* Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
* Interest in process optimization, automation, and emerging AI-powered workflows.
* Ability to learn new tools, systems, and game configurations quickly.
* Passion for games and creating great player experiences.

Bonus Points
* Experience working in free-to-play mobile games or live service digital products.
* Experience with live operations platforms, content management systems or game configuration tools.
* Familiarity with Braze or similar customer engagement and messaging platforms.
* Experience working with technical content, assets, and version control systems.
* Exposure to automation tools, scripting, low-code platforms or agentic workflows.
* Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Miro or similar collaboration tools.
