The Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruiter will have responsibility for full life-cycle recruitment including consulting with hiring managers to determine critical capabilities, designing the staffing strategy, sourcing and pre-screening candidates and facilitating debrief meetings to ensure the highest quality candidates are hired. The TA Recruiter will also work on projects with the regional talent team to improve upon or implement core talent acquisition processes and tools. The TA Recruiter will support recruitment for France, as well as for the other EMEA countries. What will your typical day look like? * Lead all external and internal recruitment for the countries which includes delivering optimal stakeholder management, talent sourcing and recruiting, interviewing solutions, candidate experience, job offers, and feedback mechanisms * Develop staffing strategies based on labor market and competitive analysis, benchmarking and survey data * Collaborate across segment to advance TA programs that benefit the region as a whole - e.g., Employer Branding initiatives, Sourcing & Selection activities, etc. * Continuously build an external talent pipeline; proactively source for high-quality candidates and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities, create and nurture relationships with external agencies/sources of talent, develop creative and alternative external sources of talent and keep on leading edge of external recruitment best practices * Lead the development of TA metrics and analytics to increase the effectiveness of recruitment and selection; provide TA reporting regarding status of current open roles to all stakeholders

Requisiti del candidato:

What do we want to know about you? * Strong experience in Talent Acquisition including full-cycle recruitment on professional \ white collar roles preferably in a corporate or agency environment * Experience in multi-country recruitment will be an advantage * Experienced ATS user (Smart Recruiters knowledge) * Knowledge and/or experience in direct search and other sourcing techniques * Experience in recruitment on engineering profiles. * Demonstrated ability as a Talent Adviser with the capability to create comprehensive recruiting strategies and appropriately influence hiring managers in making sound hiring decisions * Fluent English and French, the other languages will be an advantage
