We are currently looking for a talented Customer Service & Credit Collection agent (French) to join our Order to cash (OTC) Team.
Mission:

Deliver outstanding customer and credit management service across the full Order to Cash process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Act as a trusted partner between clients and internal teams, contributing to operational excellence and the sustainable growth of Pronovias Group.

Role & responsibilities:
* Oversee the full order lifecycle: order entry, confirmation, shipping coordination, invoicing, credit collection, and post-sales follow-up.
* Provide customer support in French for Wholesale customers, ensuring timely and professional communication.
* Attend and assist clients in showrooms, offering guidance and support during appointments or visits.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Finance, and Sales) to guarantee order accuracy and on-time delivery.
* Manage returns, claims, and quality issues according to company standards.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer data in Salesforce/M3/CRM systems.
* Support account management activities, including reporting, order tracking, and stock updates.
* Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Spanish is an asset.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an OTC, Customer Service, or Credit Collection role, ideally in the fashion or luxury industry.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Navision).
* Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in showroom or direct client assistance is desirable.
* Team player; enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented.
