Summary
Responsible for managing and developing the client development strategy at the boutique in Madrid Galería Canalejas, nurturing VIP relationships, supporting a second boutique, and executing local client events and activations to drive loyalty and sales.
Responsibilities
* Manage VIP client relationships and maximise their potential within the boutique.
* Increase client loyalty with focus on local clientele across departments together with Department Managers and Sales Associates.
* Develop and manage a portfolio of VVIC and Elite level clients.
* Plan and execute VIP events with the Events team and propose local events with measurable ROI.
* Monitor client indicators and follow up on product category performance and event impact.
* Develop operational tools and provide trainings on CRM and clienteling tools to the sales team.
* Ensure CRM data capture rate remains above 90% and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
* Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports and support shop floor strategy from KPIs.
* Ensure Dior standards in merchandising, client experience and back office activities are maintained.Requirements
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Excellent communication, public speaking and relationship building skills.
* Outstanding customer service orientation and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
* Strong analytical skills and excellent use of Excel.
* Previous experience within luxury fashion, minimum 5 years.
* Commercial mindset and strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
* Passion for the brand and its collections.
* Ability to support events from creation to execution and monitor profitability of actions
