OBS Business School is Spain's first 100% online business school. Having trained over 30,000 students since its foundation, it offers online MBAs and master's programmes tailored to the changing needs of the national and international markets.

OBS Business School is part of Planeta Formación y Universidades, the educational division of Grupo Planeta, one of the leading education groups in the Spanish-speaking world.
To drive our commercial growth nationally and internationally, we are seeking Admissions Sales Advisors to guide candidates through a well-defined admissions process towards enrolment, in accordance with the school's academic standards.
Operational Management:
* Manage candidates' admission applications via telephone or video call.
* Act as a first-class ambassador for the school by conveying its culture and values to candidates.
* Advise candidates on the programme of interest with the aim of clearly and transparently outlining the benefits of the value proposition in relation to the candidates' career plans.
* Make use of all the financing solutions available to ensure the sales proposal aligns with the candidate's circumstances.
* Ensure effective management of the portfolio and sales pipeline via the CRM.

Requisitos

* Organisation: Efficient management of client portfolio and time. Ability to work independently.
* Communication: Active listening and clarity in presenting the value proposition.
* Adaptability: Flexibility to interact with different candidate profiles, both national and international.
* Commitment: Identification with the brand and ability to perform well under pressure.
* Initiative: Anticipating needs, proactive management and a focus on continuous improvement.
Education and Experience:
* Degree: Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum of two years in consultative sales, preferably in services or education.
* Goal-oriented: Comfortable working towards targets.
* CRM skills: Experience using customer relationship management tools.
* Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish
