Job Summary:

Production Associate, The View
The Production Associate will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the daily production for The View. This position requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to both creative and logistical tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the entire production team.
* Research and compile detailed informational packets for upcoming show guests.
* Pitch weekly story ideas and contribute to creative development across segments.
* Source, organize, and prepare still images and visual assets for on-air use.
* Identify music options for show segments and manage the clearance process.
* Pitch ideas and assist with the development of big events and large segments.
* Support coordination and execution of shoppable segments.
* Conduct outreach to companies for potential collaborations and maintain partner communications.
* Manage logistics for props and giveaway items, including tracking, receiving, inventory, and on-site organization.

Qualifications:
* Previous production experience (internships or entry-level roles) in television, digital media, or entertainment is a plus.
* Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-moving production environment.
* Creative and collaborative mindset, with strong idea-generation skills.
* Professional communication skills for interacting with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
* Familiarity with media asset sourcing, clearance processes, or production workflows is desirable.

The hiring range for this position in New York is $56,580 - 75,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered
