Job Description:

* Hands-On Lab Work
* Perform affinity chromatography and viral inactivation to support cell culture studies.
* Conduct cell culture experiments from shake flasks to bioreactors.
* Prepare solutions, submit samples, and calibrate lab equipment.
* Project Ownership
* Lead purification workflows and manage timelines and deliverables.
* Analyze large datasets and draft technical reports to support studies.
* Team Collaboration
* Work closely with a small, innovative team to brainstorm and solve problems.
* Coordinate with broader scientific teams to align lab activities.
* Communication & Compliance
* Present findings in cross-functional meetings.
* Follow GxP standards, GHS policies, and lab protocols.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry (required)
* Hands-on lab experience with cell culture and/or purification techniques (academic research or internship experience counts!)
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship

Additional Information:

* Position is full-time, first-shift, Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 4:30PM
* Pay range: $22.50 - $23.50/hour
