You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

What you need to know about this position:

The electrician plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems with the bakery. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and systems, which are vital for production processes. The electrician will troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of machinery. Additionally, they will adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Ultimately, the success of this role contributes to the overall productivity and reliability of bakery's operations.

Education / Certifications:
Mechatronics / Electrical / Industrial Engineer Preferred

Job specific requirements:
* Install and maintain motors, motor control circuits, VFD drives, safety circuits, and 480v-power distribution.
* At least 2-4 years manufacturing experience as a hands-on Electrician or planned completion of an approved Apprenticeship Program.
* Ability to work well in a team-based environment with limited supervision.
* Ability to problem solve and help with practical solutions.
* 480 volts - industrial electrical experience
* Programming
* Coding
* Blueprints
* trouble shoot manufacturing equipment
* HS diploma - Manufacturing equipment experience PLC & VFD experience required

Work schedule:
Flexibility is required - 2nd shift

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position is $43.26/hour. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements.
