* Professionally handling and managing reservations for our restaurants and bars
* Welcoming guests warmly and escorting them to their tables in our restaurants and bars
* Efficiently and discreetly coordinating table assignments and guest flow in close collaboration with the service team
* Ensuring first-class guest service through personalized and attentive care
* Assisting restaurant management with daily organization and smooth operation
* Accurately maintaining guest lists and reservation systems

* Experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry, preferably in the luxury segment
* Excellent communication skills in English, German, and French; additional languages are an advantage
* Strong service orientation and a genuine passion for hospitality
* Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficient in using common reservation systems
