Your team

Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.
By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and team-oriented Derivative Product Officer to join Banking Operation Department within the Pictet Group.
Acting as Derivative Product Officer, you will take in charge all trade processing across Exchange Traded (ETD) and Over-the Counter (OTC) Derivatives products to ensure correct accounting within the various booking centers (Swiss, Europe, Asia and North America).
The ability to promote continuous process improvement and customer service quality are key elements of success.

Your role

- Processing, monitoring, confirming and settling Derivatives transactions to a high quality standard. Check and act on several status orderbooks and reports. Ensure the appropriate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries
- Understands complex process chain front to back. Drive continuous improvement efforts, while reducing risk across the entire trade process. Lean and Agile way of working. Analyze and improve existing processes to achieve productivity gains,
- Committed to understand operation process workflows. Work with Pictet Tech to determine priorities and details of the requirements for future improvements.
- Deepen derivatives operational knowledge of industry practices and standards.

Your profile

- Previous experience 3-5 years within operational Derivative environment.
- Solid understanding of global operational Derivative processes and settlement monitoring
- Strong oral and written communication. Fluent in spoken and written English
- Skilled user of Avaloq, DTCC, MarkitWire.
- Trained MS Office suit
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to perform duties accurately.
- Willingness to follow policy and procedures.
- Strong team player with collaborative attitude
