WM Business Monitoring Officer (EAM controls)

Mission
As Business Monitoring Officer you will manage EAM's onboarding at group level and ensure the completion of the yearly EAM control plan and keep it up to date. You will also deliver commercial, administrative and operational support to the Market Heads and the respective teams.
Main responsibilities
* Performing first line of controls as per the EAM Control Plan and Management & Functional Controls framework
* Designing, implementing, and monitoring specific action plans and projects. Identifying areas for improvement in existing procedures and processes
* Ensuring relevant documentation is requested, obtained, and registered as part of the EAM on boarding
* Supporting the EAM teams on commercial, administrative, and operational day to day or exceptional requests
* Continuously improving and automating activity
* Delivering any other task required by Management relating to the Mission of the employee

Your profile
* Degree in a related field (banking apprenticeship, CYP, banking internship or similar)
* Minimum 3 year in control tasks in a Swiss Banking environment
* Proficiency in Compliance and Regulatory matters surrounding External Asset Management
* Fluent in French and English. Any additional language is a plus
* High proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI, SQL language, MS Power Query, SAP Business
* Ability to embrace a strategic vision and translate it in simple, pragmatic, and feasible solutions
* Strong analytical, naturally well-organized, and curious mindset with excellent research skills
* Assertive, open, and constructive communication, both written and verbal
* An open, flexible, and confident team-player who can quickly adapt to new challenges
* Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, having a "Problem-Action-Results" approach
* Openness to new ideas and be force of proposition
