Production Planner, Turkey Çerkezköy (m/f/*)

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Production Planner for Turkey country, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:
* Manage production plans and schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
* Monitor material availability and coordinate with Procurement to ensure uninterrupted production
* Adjust schedules in response to changes in demand, supply disruptions, or operational constraints
* Reviewing planning parameters such as safety stocks, lot size, lead time, etc. to support the business/customer requirements
* Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams
* Maintain accurate data within ERP/MRP systems to support planning and reporting
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align production priorities and delivery commitments
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and inventory management

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
* Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
* Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
* Experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations would be a plus.
* AI-driven analytical mindset.
* Ability to manage change and ambiguity, with strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize work.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
* Understanding of ERP/MRP systems and planning processes.
* Ability to analyze data, interpret demand signals, and translate them into effective production plans.
* Ability to manage changing priorities and adjust plans in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Solid communication skills to collaborate with 3M teams.

* Location Information: Role to be based in Turkey, Çerkezköy & Corlu
* Type of work: On-site (5 days per week to work on-site)
* Travelling: approx. 5 % International/Domestic
* Relocation package: Local relocation package may be authorized for this position
