About the role

* Ensure the Speed to Market concept is applied to local projects by guaranteeing the timely preparation of fragrance samples for internal development and customer submissions.
* Support fragrance development projects for the Turkish market and Central Asia markets (e.g. Uzbekistan).
* Prepare cross-category fragrance applications for internal evaluations, customer meetings and specific requests.
* Produce finished products in the correct packaging for shipment to customers.
* Verify the technical performance and stability of fragrances.
* Prepare finished products for stability testing.
* Maintain and manage stock of frequently used standard bases.
* Manage laboratory consumables and equipment, ensuring availability, proper use and functionality.
* Ensure laboratory equipment operates correctly and report any malfunctions.
* Maintain the local fragrance collection/library, ensuring it is well organized, up to date and easily accessible.
* Define and apply optimized processes for stock management, including replenishment prior to use-by dates.
* Support fragrance evaluation activities, including sample organization and operation of relevant equipment (e.g. washing machines).
* Inform the responsible manager of any incidents or non-conformities identified during daily activities.
* Comply with Integrated System Policies, Manuals, Procedures, Hygiene Plans and approved work instructions.
* Liaise with the Granada laboratory to obtain technical or operational support when required.
* Perform other tasks within the professional scope as assigned by management.
About you

* Certificate in Professional Training as a Laboratory Technician or equivalent qualification
* 1-2 years of professional experience within the fragrance industry or a comparable laboratory environment
* Knowledge of applicable quality standards, procedures and product attributes
* Solid computer skills and ability to work with laboratory and internal systems. Experience using SAP is considered an advantage.
* High level of attention to detail, precision and accuracy in daily laboratory activities
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Fluent in Turkish and intermediate English (spoken and written) to operate effectively in an international environment
