The Role
The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth and strengthening relationships with strategic customers. The role contributes directly to achieving the ambition of significantly increasing turnover, targeting EUR20 million by 2030.
Acting as the main interface between customers and internal teams, the position ensures the successful delivery of commercial projects by aligning Business Units, R&D, Consumer & Market Insights (CMI), and local teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Customer Management
* Lead the development of key accounts, with a strong focus on the top 10 customers.
* Drive business growth by winning projects and ensuring professional project management across all stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular engagement and high-quality service.
* Conduct frequent customer visits in Türkiye and represent the company at exhibitions and international sales meetings.
Pipeline & Innovation Management
* Develop a proactive briefing pipeline across key categories, including laundry, dish, surface care, shampoo, deodorant, and body wash.
* Anticipate customer needs and drive the creation of winning fragrance solutions for upcoming briefs.
* Initiate and accelerate the implementation of new technologies in collaboration with R&D and Business Units for Home and Beauty Care projects.
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work closely with R&D, Business Units, CMI, Supply Chain, and local teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Collaborate with the Key Account Manager in Türkiye to ensure alignment and optimal delivery of projects.
* Act as a bridge between commercial and technical teams to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
Administration & Reporting
* Initiate and manage CX projects for incoming briefs and proactive pipeline activities.
* Perform business analysis by monitoring monthly sales performance, budgets, forecasts, and pricing.
* Prepare and deliver business review presentations, including reports for the Regional Vice President.
* Support the preparation of customer presentations, ensuring high-quality, tailored content.

* Proven ability to manage and develop relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and successful project delivery.
* Experience working in cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively with Sales, R&D, Business Units, CMI, and Supply Chain teams.
* Strategic and proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate customer needs and build a solid pipeline of opportunities.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor business performance, interpret data, and support decision-making.
* Comfortable working in an international environment, with flexibility to travel and engage with customers across different markets.
* Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
* Strong team player with the ability to build networks and collaborate across regions.
