Job Description:

* Prepare and maintain spare parts and service price lists.
* Drive proactive spare parts and service sales by preparing critical/recommended spare parts packages and annual maintenance offers for ongoing and upcoming projects.
* Prepare spare part and service quotations; manage order follow-up, purchasing coordination, logistics and completion of sales processes.
* Manage warranty and goodwill processes in alignment with company standards and customer satisfaction targets.
* Identify and implement improvements in spare parts and service processes and business models.
* Coordinate purchasing activities of services and spare parts from external partners and suppliers.
* Lead and execute market mapping initiatives to support proactive revenue growth in maintenance, modernization, critical spare parts sales and overall lifecycle management.
* Supplying technical and product information to partners and investors during life-time operation.

Qualifications:

* Technical know-how in burner and boiler operation and safety controls.
* Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical technician certification.
* Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures with internal teams and external customers.
* Strong problem-solving capability and analytical thinking skills for complex technical cases.
* High motivation for continuous self-learning and personal development.
* Customer-oriented mindset with strong solution delivery focus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the responsible region.
* Driving license
