Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support senior leadership in a global environment while enhancing project management exposure. In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects, using independent judgment and discretion. You will also play a key role in identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead small-scale projects and support delivery of key initiatives.
* Manage multiple priorities and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
* Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
* Independently manage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
* Support end-to-end execution of programs and projects.

Key Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:
* Associate degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience managing vendors.
* Experience with data management, analysis, and visualization.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with SharePoint.
* Basic knowledge of HTML.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships across functions and organizational levels.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Flexible working style, including collaboration across different time zones.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
