Procurement Planning Leader

Key Responsibilities

* Organize and optimize procurement flows with suppliers
* Set and release vendor forecasts, manage gaps between forecast and actual demand.
* Define and update supply and stock management parameters (Lead Time, MOQ, Frequency, Stocking policy).
* Manage ramp-up/ramp-down processes and industrial transfers.
* Monitor supplier performance (ISSR, S-OTD & U-OTD) and drive improvement actions.
* Ensure compliance with ADR Chapter 1.4 and company standards.
What We're Looking For
* Education: College or University degree.
* Experience: 1-3 years in procurement or supply chain.
* Skills: SAP knowledge, fluent in English (writing & speaking)
* Ability to anticipate supply issues and react quickly.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
