Your Task

This role provides administrative support to executives in the Strategy & Transformation Team. The position primarily involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and providing project support for team initiatives. This role requires communication skills in both English and German.

Primary Responsibilities

* Handle the calendar of Juliane Bülow (VP of the Transformation Office), including finding relevant dates and times with other assistants and communicating in English and German
* Serve as deputy for Juliane's other assistant during absences
* Organize travels, clarify and account for relevant company costs
* Manage the calendar of Jürgen Lueg, including finding relevant dates and times with other assistants and communicating in English and German
* Provide administrative support for Leaders of Strategy & Transformation Team, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and registering visitors
* Participate in team meetings
* Coordinate conference room bookings, streaming setup, and ordering gifts and accessories for Cloud Services Leader 2 Leader and Townhall events

Secondary Responsibilities

* Support Strategy & Transformation Team projects by preparing slides, editing podcast banners, and sending out emails (e.g., ServX, Health Delivery, CMS Reassignment, Cloudbeats Podcast)

Your Profile

We are looking for an Intern to provide administrative support for the Transformation Office, with strong language skills in both German and English, excellent communication abilities, and a flexible problem-solving mindset.
