Your Task

This position involves handling supplier invoice processing and related administrative tasks. The role focuses on financial documentation management and business travel expense processing. This position is based in the company's office in Budapest with no home office option.

Responsibilities

* Process supplier invoices including filing, scanning, and verification
* Obtain documents supporting supplier invoices such as contracts, certificates of performance, and orders
* Maintain vendor strain data
* Settle business travel expenses and check invoices
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Your Profile

We are seeking a Finance Intern with ongoing higher education in finance, basic English language skills, and the ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week for a minimum of one year.

Must Have Skills

* Ongoing higher education studies in Finance
* Student relationship with at least 1 year remaining
* Minimum of 20 hours of work per week availability
