MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Check and validate price differences
* Handle invoice corrections and pricing issues
* Support customers and internal teams in resolving payment and invoice problems
* Set up prices for new and existing products in the system
* Coordinate price change approvals
* Investigate overdue invoices and help solve issues quickly
* Ensure invoices are generated correctly and sent to customers
* Resolve technical issues related to invoicing and orders
* Work closely with Finance, Customer Service, and Sales teams
* Support sales forecasting and annual budget planning
* Participate in regular planning and coordination meetings

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, or 3 years in sales/commercial operations
* Good understanding of international trade processes and pricing/invoicing activities
* Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
* Ability to work in an international environment and cooperate with different teams
* Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude
* Comfortable working with data and administrative systems
* Professional working proficiency in English
