How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Include ONLY the Trainees / Interns / Apprentices (temporary assignment in Air Liquide) whom cannot be coded in any other Group Job.
The objective is to be able to identify in which Group Jobs the Trainees / Interns / Apprentices are working.
Please carefully look at the whole Group Jobs reference list & contact the HRIS Central Team before coding new positions as unidentified.
Key Contributions
* Partner in the daily team workflows and processes of the department.
* Contribute to the evolution of policies and procedures through active review and feedback.
* Provide collaborative support to the team to ensure collective success.
* Assist in facilitating training and support smaller projects as a pioneer for the function/department.
* Provide support in various documentation and knowledge sharing.

Differentiating Criteria Decision Making / Activity:
* Assist in functional operations and team flow.
* Support projects and documentation with a focus on detail and connection.
* Work under guided mentorship and supportive leadership.
