🌟 Position Objective

As a Consumer Segment Intern, you will support the commercial team by assisting with forecast tracking, purchase order control, consolidation of operational information, and report generation. This role is key to ensuring business visibility, improving sales planning, and reducing the team's operational workload, enabling greater focus on commercial and strategic initiatives throughout the year.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Track and update the commercial forecast, consolidating information provided by the sales team.
* Control and monitor purchase orders, ensuring product consistency and visibility.
* Update customers' credit status by interacting with the Collections team to validate availability.
* Consolidate, validate, and distribute merchandise status reports (production, hub/warehouse in China, and maritime/air transit), working closely with the Operations team.
* Provide support for sales planning during the main commercial milestones of the year (Back to School, Hot Sale, Children's Day, Mother's Day, Cyber events).
* Perform operational data entry tasks, including tracking sales expenses and revenues, and ensuring data accuracy in reports.

✅ Basic Requirements

* 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
* Intermediate Excel skills (mandatory); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
* Intermediate level of English.
* Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and interpersonal relationship skills.
* Availability to work during the morning shift from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., under a hybrid model (3 days on-site and 2 days remote).
