RESPONSIBILITIES Bring Campaigns to Life Collaborate with our Shopper Marketing and Perfect Execution Teams to imagine and launch bold, engaging campaigns for the Away From Home channel (think horeca, petrol stations, drink center, traditional trade...). Lead Your Own Loyalty Program Get hands-on experience by designing and rolling out a loyalty program that will make our SALTY brands the first choice at the point of sale. Your ideas will directly drive customer engagement and sales impact. Turn Insight into Action Dive into real-world data gathered by our field reps. You'll learn how to analyze and report -and more importantly, to translate it into smart, actionable shopper marketing campaigns that bring our brands to life where it matters most. Your insights won't just sit in a report-they'll shape strategy and drive real results in the market. Explore the Trade Landscape Understand the key differences between Organized Trade (Retail) and Away From Home (Horeca, Petrol, etc.) - and how to tailor strategies to win in each.
