We are currently looking for an talented and motivated intern to support our Spa team . This is a unique opportunity to join a growing spa environment and actively contribute to its development and success.

Your Role
As a SPA Therapist and Executive, you will deliver exceptional (face) and body treatments while ensuring an outstanding and personalized guest experience.
You will also take on admin responsibilities: you will contribute to the operational, commercial and financial performance of the spa, supporting its strategic growth.

Main Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Client Relations
* Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth and discretion
* Identify guest needs and personalize the spa journey
* Complete CODAGE training and act as an ambassador for both The Hotel Brussels and The Urban Spa by CODAGE
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure an exceptional level of service at all times
Treatment Delivery
* Perform (facial) and body treatments according to spa and CODAGE protocols
* Maintain consistent excellence in treatment quality and technique
* Participate in CODAGE technical and process training sessions (organized twice per year)
Hygiene & Spa Standards
* Ensure impeccable cleanliness and hygiene of the spa area
* Replenish linen, products and amenities
* Coordinate with the hotel's housekeeping and maintenance teams

Admin Responsibilities
* Manage spa reservations and booking systems (currently MEWS and Spa Booker) for massages, treatments, hydrojet sessions, day passes, etc.
* Organize CODAGE training sessions for therapists
* Manage therapist scheduling according to demand and coordinate additional staff when required (duo treatments, absences, peak periods)
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on:
* Website updates
* Price lists and client brochures
* Google My Business page (including reviews management)
* Social media presence
* Manage stock, inventory and supplier orders
* Oversee invoicing, reconciliation and spa P&L responsibility

Profile & Qualifications
* Completing a diploma with an internship agreement: schools for aesthetics, cosmetology or wellness
* Strong service mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of hospitality
* Discretion, courtesy and confidentiality
* Rigorous, autonomous and team-oriented
Languages
* Fluent French (mandatory)
* Intermediate English (required)
* Any additional language is an asset

Contract & Working Conditions
* Full time or part time
* Internship or "alternance"
* Usual fixed days off: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Flexible schedule according to operational demand.
* Peak periods: Friday evenings, Saturday full day and Sunday mornings. Weekend and public holiday work required.
