We are currently looking for a Business Development Intern to join our fast-growing team in Diegem.

Purpose of the Internship
The goal of this internship at NTT is to gain in-depth insight into the synergy between sales and marketing within our segment. You will master the fundamental principles of sales and gain valuable experience in conducting market research, making you an indispensable part of our team. Additionally, you will learn to formulate quotes and support our experienced sales associates throughout the entire sales cycle.
You will be part of the sales academy team, which allows less experienced salespeople to build the necessary experience and receive the required technical training over a period of 2-3 years.

Proposed Tasks
Practical Experience in Sales:
* Prospecting: Conduct BDR activities on new prospects and customers.
* Assist in the end-to-end sales process.
* Support in creating, sending, and following up on quotes.
* Shadow client managers in their day-to-day activities.
* Conduct market research.
* Support in preparing a callout agenda and database.
* Conduct market research on new sectors/solutions/customer behavior, product developments.
* Data enrichment of the current NTT database.
* Act as the bridge between sales and marketing.

NTT Training
* Training covering the entire end-to-end sales process.
* Training on the portfolio of IT solutions (onsite & recordings).
* Training on typical tools within NTT's market segment:
* Outlook/Excel/O365
* CRM tool, Lusha/Appollo hunting tools
* Eloqua training

Who Are We Looking For?
* You are communicative and persistent.
* You are a team player, driven to achieve results.
* You find the entire sales and marketing story fascinating!
* You value passion, initiative, respect, and professionalism.
* You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following fields: commercial sciences, business management, communication, marketing, or international business, or a similar field.
* You have fluent knowledge of Dutch (or French), supplemented with a good knowledge of English
