Your role

Have you ever wondered how legal research becomes clear, client-ready guidance for complex family and asset structures? Would you like to learn how legal and regulatory developments are translated into practical insights for client advisors?

We're looking for a Legal Intern (Wealth Planning) to support our team in delivering accurate, well-structured legal insights for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, while gaining exposure to real client work and internal processes.

* support legal research on estate, succession, tax and civil law topics, for example gathering case law and doctrine for review by the team
* assist with monitoring legislation and jurisprudence, for example helping track changes and summarizing key points for discussion
* contribute to the preparation of technical and educational materials, for example helping draft or format internal notes and client presentations
* help maintain and update internal procedures and templates, working under guidance from local and global stakeholders
* support the team in preparing for client and internal meetings, for example organizing background materials and references
* assist with day-to-day coordination tasks so the team can focus on advisory work, for example tracking requests and managing document versions

Your team

Our Wealth Planning team in our São Paulo office sits at the intersection of law and client advisory. We support client advisors by bringing structure and clarity to estate and succession planning questions-helping clients protect families, businesses and legacies. As a Legal Intern, you'll gain exposure to complex wealth planning topics in a leading global financial institution, working closely with experienced legal and wealth planning professionals.

Your expertise

* students of Law with graduation date for Dec/28 and availability to work on-site at Sao Paulo's office
* Fluent Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
* strong interest in wealth planning and private law topics such as estate and succession planning, civil law and tax considerations; previous internship or academic exposure to civil law, succession law, tax law, or corporate law preferred.
* solid research and analytical skills, with attention to detail; Familiarity with legal databases and jurisprudence research tools is preferred.
* ability to organize tasks and deadlines in a structured, compliance-driven environment
* clear, structured writing skills and ability to tailor legal content for different audiences
