T-Systems, a German multinational belonging to the Deutsche Telekom Group, is looking for students who are passionate about technology to work as an Intern in Collaboration Services, in a collaborative environment with great learning opportunities. Purpose of the position Support the Collaboration Services team in operational, administrative, and documentation activities related to Microsoft environments, contributing to the support, organization, and continuous improvement of collaboration, device management, and corporate productivity services. Main Activities Support technical teams in administering and monitoring Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint environments. Assist in monitoring incidents, requests, changes (Changes) and problems (Problems), ensuring the correct recording and documentation of activities. Support the drafting and updating of operating procedures, runbooks, knowledge bases, and technical documentation. Assist in the collection and analysis of evidence for incident troubleshooting. Perform inventory and control activities for devices managed by Intune and SCCM. Support the team in basic administration of Microsoft policies, including Intune, Microsoft 365, and Group Policies (GPO). Assist in the generation of operational reports and service indicators. Participate in alignment meetings, following up on projects, changes, and environmental improvements. Support initiatives for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of processes in the area. Interact with multidisciplinary teams following good governance practices and ITIL processes. Desirable Knowledge Basic concepts of Windows operating systems. Microsoft 365 concepts (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint). Basic knowledge of device and user management. Knowledge of networks, Active Directory, and Group Policies (GPO) will be considered differentials. Interest in Microsoft Cloud technologies, device management, and enterprise environments. Formation Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related areas. Languages Basic to intermediate English will be considered a differentiator. Interest in developing reading and communication skills in English for the use of technical documentation, training, and interaction with global teams
