Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Student/Intern - Generalist, you will be employed by IBM as part of your academic program or during university breaks. This role is designed for students who are looking to gain professional experience while continuing their studies. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Support marketing campaigns focused on IBM infrastructure and solutions;
* Assist in analyzing market data, campaign performance, and key metrics;
* Contribute to projects related to demand generation and customer engagement;
* Prepare presentations, executive reports, and tracking dashboards;
* Support the organization of events, webinars, and marketing activations;
* Collaborate with sales, product, and communications teams;
* Monitor industry trends and competitors to support strategic decision-making;
* Learn from experienced professionals about Field Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM), and commercial strategies.

Technical Diploma
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
* Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or
related fields with a strong interest in data analysis.
* Intermediate Excel (tables, formulas, data organization);
* Intermediate PowerPoint;
* Desirable: basic knowledge of Power BI, SAP, marketing processes, or CRM tools;
* Basic understanding of technology, the IT market, or infrastructure solutions (a plus);
* Advanced English;
* Spanish is a plus;
* Introductory courses in technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Power BI, programming logic, or data analysis
