Descrizione del lavoro:
1. 协助完成宾客入住、退房、问询、预订等前厅基础服务工作,确保服务流程规范、高效、友好; 2. 配合部门开展日常运营支持工作,包括但不限于单据整理、系统录入、信息传达及跨部门协作; 3. 在带教导师指导下参与服务标准学习与实操训练,持续提升职业素养与岗位胜任能力。
1. 全日制本科院校在读学生,专业不限,酒店管理、旅游管理、外语类等相关专业优先; 2. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、服务意识和团队协作精神,能适应轮班工作安排; 3. 普通话标准,具备基础英语听说能力,能使用办公软件完成日常事务处理。
