Intern Engineer - Power Electronics

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Circuit simulation with Simetrix/Simplis (spice model), PLECS or Matlab
* Circuit design with power semiconductors, analogue / digital devices, MCU sensor, etc.
* Assist with PCB layout, thermal simulation, and mechanical design
* Board test, trouble shooting and report preparation
* Research on topologies in power conversion
* At least 3 days/week working in Xi'an office, or One week in the office every two weeks.(flexible)

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Degree in Power Electronics, Electrical engineering, Automation and related disciplines
* Familiar with the simulation tools, like Simetrix/Simplis (spice model), PLECS or Matlab
* Familiar with common power electronic topologies, such as buck, boost, flyback, etc. Working experience of CLLC, DAB, NPC2, MMC is preferred
* Knowledge of the power devices, like IGBT, MOSFET, MCU, Sensor etc.especially for SiC MOSFET and GaN switches
* Proficiency in using of common test equipment
* Good English reading and writing skills
