Our GMT Summer Intern program is designed to prepare the pipeline for our full-time Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program. The GMT program will hire high-potential recent graduates and develop them to become future leaders of AB InBev. GMTs will go through a structured12-month program giving them hands on business experience and a deeper look into our operations through rotations that are tied to our strategic pillars. The Summer Intern Program is a great way to get to know our business and get yourself noticed. If you do well, make an impact, you could not only be fast-tracked to the later selection stages of the GMT Full Time position, but also start a promising and flying career with us, the world's top FMCG company!

The internship is expected to kick off from early July and last 4-8 weeks. You'll be allocated to work in any function or a particular project in a specific area of our business so that you can develop an in-depth and overall understanding across the entire organization. Being immersed with hands-on experience in various functional areas and different breweries and offices and with opportunities to meet top leaders along the way, you'll be able to make a direct impact on the business and influence key decisions. We'll give you access to training resources, senior managers, and company events as our normal employees. In the end of the placement, you'll be expected to present your project results to functional leaders, get evaluated and receive coaching and mentoring for you to advance your career critical skills!

Qualifications
· In junior year of Bachelor or Master programs to be graduated in 2025
· Passionate in FMCG and beer industry
· Be bold, ambitious and curious with strong leadership potential
· Willing to start career from rotating in frontline positions to prepare for future more important roles
· High index on complex problem solving, logical reasoning
· Strong Tech fluency, data-driven, analytical skills
· Strong Learning Agility
· Geographically mobile
· Chinese nationality holder
