Intern (Experience and Analytics)

Job Responsibilities:

* Create and update webpages with help of modern content management systems (CMS) by collaborating withUX Design Team, propose and deliver customer-centric web experiences.

* Assist with search engine optimization. Involve in content audit, keyword research, competitor analysis andcontent update to capture organic traffic opportunities.

* Understand and analyze Zurich's web platforms with data analytics, extract insights to better customerexperience and support business objectives.

* Evaluate Zurich website experience globally and research on feature enhancement applicable to Hong Kongsites

* Conduct research and ideation project to identify organic traffic growth opportunity

Job Requirements:

* Studying in marketing, communication, business, or related field preferred

* Interest in behavior research and design trends

* Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, can work independently and good teamwork spirit

* Tech savvy

* Strong presentation skills
