The Position

- Government Affairs Support
* Assist in tracking, researching, and summarizing the latest national and regional policies, regulations, and industry trends within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
* Support the daily operations of the Corporate Affairs team, including internal meeting coordination, cross-functional communication, and the drafting/archiving of administrative documents.
- Communications Support (Oncology Focus)
* Assist in the planning and execution of public relations and communication campaigns, including disease awareness initiatives.
* Draft, edit, and proofread various internal and external communication materials, such as press releases, internal newsletters, social media copy, and WeChat articles.
* Conduct daily media monitoring to track industry dynamics and relevant media coverage, assisting in the preparation of media intelligence reports.
* Support coordination with external partners (e.g., PR agencies, booth agencies) to track project progress and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality communication materials.
