Human Resources Intern

Overview

The Human Resources Intern/Assistant will provide comprehensive support across the full spectrum of HR operations, working closely with the Human Resources team to ensure smooth and efficient daily Human Resources functions. This will be a part-time position for around 20 hours per week.

Your role

Employee Records & Data Management

* Prepare, update, and maintain employment records throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Perform accurate data entry and filing of HR documentation.

HR Operations & Projects

* Assist in planning, preparing, and executing ad-hoc tasks, projects, and HR-related events.
* Support ongoing HR initiatives as assigned.

HR Reporting & Analytics

* Collect, compile, and analyze HR data.
* Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support management decision-making.

Administrative Support

* Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR Team.

About You

* Undergraduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
* Basic knowledge of Hong Kong employment-related legislations (e.g. Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance, MPF, Taxation) is an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Word (e.g. Mail Merge).
* Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Positive, customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
