Introduction
* Sourcing & Pipeline Building
* Research and identify candidates through platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, 51job, Boss直聘, university portals).
* Draft and post job ads; maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
* Screening & Coordination
* Conduct initial CV screening against role requirements.
* Schedule interviews, coordinate stakeholders, and manage calendar invites/meeting logistics.
* Support assessment administration (e.g., written tests, case studies).
* Candidate Experience & Communication
* Communicate with candidates regarding interview steps, timelines, and feedback.
* Support campus recruitment events, career fairs, and info sessions.
* Recruitment Operations
* Maintain accurate data in ATS/HR systems (e.g., Workday/SuccessFactors/Greenhouse).
* Track hiring metrics (pipeline status, time-to-fill, source mix) and prepare weekly reports.
* Assist with offer process: document collection, background check coordination, onboarding scheduling.
* Employer Branding
* Create content for social/campus channels (posts, photos, recap decks).
* Help organize small-scale events/webinars to engage talent communities.
* Continuous Improvement
* Document process playbooks and propose optimization ideas.
* Benchmark market trends, salary ranges, and talent maps for priority roles.
Your profile
* Bachelor's/Master's student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
* Strong communication (Mandarin & professional English) and stakeholder coordination skills.
* Excellent organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* A growth mindset: curious, accountable, and eager to learn TA best practices.
* Able to commit at least 4 days/week during the internship (flexible for exams).
Nice-to-Have
* Experience in campus recruiting, HR clubs, or student organizations.
* Basic data analysis (pivot tables, charts) and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
* Content creation skills (copywriting/design) for employer branding posts.
