* Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and contribute to departmental projects
Requisiti del candidato:
Qualifications & Requirements
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
* Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
* Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
* Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese are an advantage.
* Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
