🌟 Role Purpose
We are looking for a Commercial Support Intern to join the commercial team and provide operational and administrative support in the management of orders, billing, documentation, and quotations.
The role will have active involvement in daily support activities for the commercial teams, interacting with different internal areas and clients. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a corporate, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Entering and tracking orders for commercial teams.
* Supporting rebilling processes and billing follow-up (e.g., completing ABA forms).
* Responding to documentation requests from clients.
* Assisting the sales team in the preparation of quotations.
* Supporting the service and parts order process in coordination with the corresponding areas.
* Handling order status inquiries and providing general operational support to the commercial team.
✅ Requirements
* Availability to complete a 12-month internship, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
* Education: Student in Business Administration, International Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
* Languages: Basic English, with a focus on reading and writing.
* Tools: Basic knowledge of Office tools and general knowledge of computers and technology (desirable, not mandatory).
* Soft skills: Teamwork; positive attitude and proactive mindset; excellent communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
