Managerial position
Location: Medellín, Colombia
Working hours: Full time with flexible working hours
Profile: Non-graduating university students only. Must maintain active student status at least through the second semester of 2026, or throughout the internship period.

What kind of internship projects can you expect:
* Analyze and optimize production processes through digitalization and process simplification to improve efficiency, eliminate operational losses, and enhance overall performance.
* Evaluate raw material usage and propose optimization initiatives to maximize utilization, streamline processes, and reduce waste across operations.
* Review maintenance activities and recommend cost-effective improvements to increase efficiency, simplify workflows, and optimize maintenance performance.

Job Qualifications
* Active non-graduating engineering students with 6 to 12 months to graduation date. Ideally chemical engineers, process engineers, and industrial engineers, with an interest in production processes
* Eligible to work in Colombia.
* Live in Medellín
* Have intermediate English Skills (B2 or above)
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
* Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and drive sales and brand growth.
