Project Management Intern

These professionals support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational and project-related activities. They work independently on assigned tasks, maintain project documentation and trackers, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure deliverables move through established processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinates assigned work requests and follows them through completion.
* Maintains project schedules, trackers, and documentation.
* Monitors progress against timelines and follows up on pending activities.
* Facilitates communication among internal team members.
* Supports workload tracking and reporting activities.
* Identifies potential blockers and escalates them appropriately.
* Ensures work follows established processes, templates, and quality standards.
* Participates in project meetings and documents actions and next steps.
* Provides regular status updates on assigned activities.
* Contributes to process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in progress in project coordination, operations, administration, production coordination, or related roles.
* Knowledge using work management tools such as Workfront, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
* Intermediate written and verbal English communication skills for documentation, meetings, and collaboration.
